Join Joan Tarrant for an hour long gentle yoga. Bring your mat, blanket, blocks, tissues, water and comfortable clothes. This is a great opportunity to stretch, breathe, move, and relax together doing gentle yoga poses, then partake in a deep relaxation with Tibetan Singing Bowls during the meditation. This program is offered both in person and via Zoom. If you want to join via Zoom, registration is necessary (don’t forget to give your email address). Registration will close 24 hours before the event and we’ll send you the Zoom meeting number, password, and URL meeting link at that time.
