Stretch your imagination and your body! We will learn basic yoga poses, create a story, and have fun! Simple breathing techniques and guided visualizations are also taught. Yoga is a great way to bring calm and focus into your child’s life through movement and breath. Parents are welcome to join in. Please wear comfortable clothing and bring water. Yoga mats are encouraged but not required.
Miss Debbie is a certified Yoga Teacher, registered with Yoga Alliance. This yoga class is for children ages 4-7, and runs for seven weeks. Mahwah residents have priority. Registration is required.
